Refund or exchange policy

We are happy to refund or exchange unused items supplied by us returned within 30 days sent by mailorder. You will be liable to pay carriage and shipping charges providing it is not an error on our behalf. We prefer to be contacted by email, so that we have a record of your requirements. Please refer to receipt for in store returns policy.

Shop Customers - Visiting our stores

Customers visting our store should be aware that we do not keep every size, colour and model of the items shown on our web site in store. We stock a range of different items in the brands shown. We therefore suggest you call or email to check availability before visiting us. Most items are available into our stores on a next day basis.

Carriage, Shipping and Handling

Parcels are sent in the UK by UK mail ( DHL express )on a next day service, or if under 2kg (and under 50 value) by Royal mail. Deliveries take in the region of 2-5 days to arrive to you, as some items arrive to us first from the supplier. It is impossible to specify an exact time for delivery, but if requested we endeavour to deliver a parcel on a specific day. Customers in Scotish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel islands, delivery is around 5 days longer and could cost more depending on weight of parcel. We would contact you in this case. Overseas carriage is by Express Priority, and takes 5 - 15 working days.


  • Goods value up to 24.99 = 2.99 CARRIAGE
  • Goods value up to 149.99 = 5.99 CARRIAGE
  • Goods value over 150 = FREE CARRIAGE.
